Do I need to set up an account with a clearinghouse?
No — you do not need to set up an account with a clearinghouse and there are no additional fees for electronic claims and remittance services. ATS Healthcare will setup the clearinghouse and pay all the fees. You will be charged ONLY ONE fee for the entire service.

How long it will take to setup my practices ?
The usual time is 30 days to setup any practices, we do offer faster service upon request.

Which medical specialties you provide service ?
We offer our services to most specialties, please call us for more information.

Is this a long-term commitment ?
The contract period is for one year, if you don’t like our services, you can cancel it at any time.

Do you send electronic claims to all the payers ?
Yes. We will send electronically as long as the payer accepts it.

Do you send appeal to payers
Yes. Our mission is to get paid the first time we send the claims.

Can you transfer information from my existing system ?
Yes. Our technical team will be able to transfer data from most of the systems.

Can I transfer information if I cancel my service
Absolutely Yes. All the information belongs to your practice will be transferrable.

Do I need to pay for the software?
No. The software is FREE.

Does your system have EMR?
Yes. Our Practice Management system is integrated with state of art EMR system.

Absolutely Yes. We work with any EMR system in the industry.

Yes. We have procedures and policies in place to comply with HIPPA regulations.

Whom do I contact if I have question on my practice billing?
Each practice is assigned with an account executive to answer any questions.

How many statements you send to the patients?
We send two statements to patients with same balance in the interval of 30 days.

Do you call the patients?
Yes. We call patients if necessary to get the claims paid.

Do you answer patient calls?
Yes. We provider our toll free numbers to patients.
